If you want to turn off all system beeps (like the ones that go through your computers' internal speaker):

1/ Go to Start then select Run
2/ Type Regedit and click OK
3/ Find HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Sound
4/ Select Beep
5/ Right click on it and select Modify
6/ Change the value to No
7/ Click OK
